Mr. Brizzolara started his professional working career in 1975 working for Coen Company, Inc. He has held position of Field Service Engineer, Project Engineer, Applications Engineer and Supervisor and Manager of Coen's alternate fuel group. As manager he supervised and had direct involvement in the design and startup of burner systems for solid fuels and gaseous fuels in addition to fuel oil and natural gas. In 1987 he joined AHM Associates as a Field Sales Engineer, became a principal in 1989 and President in 1990.

In addition to acting as representative for all of Coen's combustion products in California, Nevada, Arizona and Hawaii. AHM Associates represents many associated product lines in the field of combustion such as SCR systems, controls, stacks, dampers, etc.

Mr. Brizzolara has published several papers (some via ASME) on the combustion of wood fuel, pulverized coal and fuel systems. He has also acted as a consultant in the United States and Australia. In addition, Mr. Brizzolara lectured on coal water slurry combustion in Korea sponsored by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization.
